% $Id: ifthen.gid,v 1.3 1994/02/01 20:50:36 schrod Exp $ -*- LaTeX -*- %---------------------------------------------------------------------- \packageAbstract{ifthen} \label{package:ifthen} The \package{ifthen} package provides two programming language features that are useful only for people who already know how to program. It defines a conditional control construct |\ifthenelse| and the loop construct |\whiledo|. Infix notation may be used in the tests of these constructs. In addition, an abstraction for boolean variables is supplied. A user manual is available as part of the distribution. During the installation the file \file{ifthen.drv} was created. \LaTeX{} this file until the labels do not change any more. The resulting \DVI{} file is the user manual. No options are supported by this package. The package uses the file \file{ifthen.sty}. \endAbstract \begin{rcslog} $Log: ifthen.gid,v $ \Revision 1.3 1994/02/01 20:50:36 schrod Changed ``needs file[s] \dots'' to ``uses file[s] \dots'' This seems (for me) to be better English. \Revision 1.2 1994/01/31 21:14:56 schrod Changed the text from the option's explanation to a class abstract. The introduction itself is removed now, a user manual exists as part of the code documentation. \Revision 1.1 1994/01/17 18:18:43 detig Updated english version to generic local guide for \LaTeX{} 2.09, both in text and file structure. Some parts (which will be subject to major changes with \LaTeXe{}) were left untouched, though. Some style descriptions are still to be written, their relevance must be checked, anyhow. \end{rcslog} \endinput % just in case
