dhcpig (2.7.3-1) unstable; urgency=medium

Upstream 2.x is a complete rewrite and the command line is not compatible
with the 1.x version previously shipped in Debian.

  Invocations of the form

      dhcpig <interface> [options]

no longer work and now exit with status 2. An explicit subcommand is
required, so the direct equivalent of the old default behaviour is

      dhcpig exhaust <interface> [options]

Other subcommands are scan, active-scan, release, release-previous,
restore, ifaces and report; see dhcpig(1) for the full list.

Two further behavioural changes are worth noting. Leases acquired by a run
are no longer released automatically on exit; use "dhcpig restore" or
"dhcpig release-previous" to give them back. Destructive subcommands can
now be restricted to a subset of the segment with --scope.

A local web interface is also included in this version, as dhcpig-web(1).
