Change Colors of User-interface Elements Example (JavaScript)

This example changes the colors of user-interface elements.
  1. Start DraftSight.
  2. Using the following form:
    1. Select a color for:
      • Text in command window
      • Crosshair
      • Background of model
    2. Click Show.
    3. Examine and experiment with the user-interface elements whose colors changed.
    4. To reset the colors of the user-interface elements to their defaults:
      1. Click Tools > Options > System Options.
      2. Expand Display.
      3. Expand Element Colors.
      4. Click Reset All.
      5. Click OK.

    NOTES:

    • Errors are printed to Output.
    • To recreate this example:
    1. Right-click the topic and select to view the source.
    2. Save the file as an HTML file.
    3. Open the HTML file in your web browser.
    4. If using Windows Internet Explorer and running scripts is blocked, click the Information bar near the top of the webpage and select Allow Blocked Content.
